Around the World young people have started to strike to raise awareness  of the immediate need for bold actions to prevent catastrophic climate change impacts.

Their demand for actions have been backed by thousands of scientists worldwide who issued open-letters in support of the strikes

(International letter, US letter, UK letter, German letter)

 

Children should have never had to do that. That is why as parents we act against climate change.

#FridaysForFuture is a Worldwide youth-led group strikes every Friday. In Seattle, you can join them from 1PM to 2PM in front of Seattle City Hall.

#WAClimateStrike is organizing several youth strikes through out the year. Their next strike is Friday May 3rd 10AM - Occidental Square.
